I meta-designed a dynamic portfolio site for my illustration work: light layout, but sophisticated and efficient functionality.
Built sans flash by Michael Branch on a custom CMS + Wordpress, it displays an easy-to-navigate selection of my work and also integrates a blog. Basically, it's everything I ever dreamed my portfolio site would be. Go visit it now!

Magnetic is a search retargeting technology company that I pitched logo and website design concepts to as well as helped name the company. All this was produced while at Bureau Blank.

The logo designs were inspired by the spectacular magnetic field patterns that occur in nature (force fields, auroras) as well as some pretty awesome art involving magnetism such as work by Sachiko Kodama and Robert Hodgin.

Some of my favorite work done thus far, everything was unfortunately rejected.

I designed logo and logo extensions for UpBeat NYC, a wonderful non-profit that provides free music instruction to members of at-risk communities.

I also designed and art directed their official website, trying to capture the spirit of the organization and its participants. The site includes a multimedia showcase section as well as a blog.

Living Cites challenged Bureau Blank to design a refreshed look for their organization's online presence reflecting their dynamic growth as an authority in their industry.

Along with a custom-designed blog and integration of cross-section content throughout the site, I designed a resource library that allows viewers to easily browse through media and publications as well as view the actual content in their browser via the open source google docs viewer.

Notable development by Josh Reisner, Diego Lorenzo, Michael Branch and John Sheridan.
